As Credit Connection’s founder and managing director, Sally-Ann Benson has helped our clients to drive down debt and make their money work harder since 2004. She focuses on executing our growth strategy by ensuring we have the right team in place to educate and empower those we work with, and that our company continues to innovate and improve. Sally-Ann manages our day-to-day operations and works to ensure that our tools, systems and processes make it easy for our clients to deal with us. As someone who’s passionate about making a tangible difference in people’s lives, her priority is that our clients are proactively supported to meet their predicted financial outcomes.

SENIOR FINANCE STRATEGIST

Brett Davies works with the Credit Connection team to create tailored financial strategies that help our clients to save thousands in interest repayments and trim decades off their home loan terms. Driven to empower people to make better financial choices and build stronger, more certain futures, his personal approach, patience and empathy are highly regarded by his clients and colleagues alike. Brett has worked across the Finance Industry for 30+ years in various Managerial roles with ANZ, Commonwealth Bank and Suncorp. His genuine care for his clients and experience means he’s tenacious at ensuring they’re doing all they can to pay off their mortgage in the shortest possible time.

BROKER SUPPORT OFFICER

Garrett Lovell works with the Credit Connection team and our panel of lenders to ensure an efficient and hassle-free experience for our clients. From assessing loan applications to onboarding new clients and acting as a key liaison between our broker team and lenders throughout the lending lifecycle, his outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail allow him to effectively manage the demands of his fast-moving and varied workload. With close to a decade of experience working in processing and broker support roles for leading banks and mortgage brokers, Garrett is skilled at getting things done quickly and correctly the first time.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jim Watts works across our business to ensure we deliver a seamless and rewarding experience for our clients. Having spent more than 40 years working in banking, finance and property investment and nearly a decade at Credit Connection,he has an impressive command of all aspects of our business. Jim’s considerable industry expertise allows him to evaluatematters from a client, partner and internal perspective. His strong relationship management and problem-solving skills enable him to work with lenders, valuers and the Credit Connection team to source tailored solutions that help our clients to take control of their financial futures.

MORTGAGE BROKER

Rohan Siggins provides our clients with comprehensive end-to-end support throughout their time working with Credit Connection. After assessing each client’s suitability for our MAP™, he coordinates finance approval, implements their tailored strategy and provides proactive oversight to ensure they stay on track. Rohan has worked in the financial services industry since 2007. Having spent five years as a mortgage credit assessor and eight years as a mortgage broker focused on debt reduction, his considerable experience across all client groups and loan types allows him to create effective financial strategies that are tailored to each client’s personal circumstances.

MORTGAGE BROKER

Ken Bralow is an experienced mortgage broker who works with Credit Connection’s clients to create personalised roadmaps that enable them to meet their financial goals. From assessing their suitability for our Mortgage Action Plan™ to preparing loan applications and liaising with lenders, Ken supports our clients from onboarding to the achievement of their predicted financial outcomes. With over two decades of experience in banking and mortgage broking, Ken’s career spans through various financial roles, management, lending and compliance. Client-focused and with strong attention to detail, he’s passionate about creating financial strategies and lending solutions that help our clients to grow their wealth through property.
